So, October…. boy, there was a lot going on. Some of it planned, and some of it more like “scramble like a maniac to get things done.” Lots of good stuff, so I think it all bears a little repeating. I would have been easy to miss something.
Here we go.
October 11: A Boy, a Girl, and a Ghost
The new novel is released! We are getting some stellar review so far:
And, in this one, I think the author has achieved a pairing of reality with fantasy, as well as a trueness to the character of the protagonist, that soars even above many of my other favorites of his. Just read it. You don’t want to miss this one!
Amazon 5-star review
LOVE LOVE LOVE this book! Great characters, great story line, great twists. What a fun read!!
Goodreads 5-star review
I couldn’t put it down, eagerly anticipated each page, and read every last word. Not necessarily an easy story, but one that reaches deep into your heart and soul and leaves a lasting mark, just like a great love story ought to
Amazon 5-star review
The e-book is available for $5.99. But if you can wait a bit, it goes on sale for $0.99 from November 21 – 27.
October 23: Saving the World Story Bundle
This story bundle has 10 books of great fiction and in each one somebody saves the world. It’s an fun antidote to our crazy world. It features Meteor Attack! Episode 1 of Neutrinoman and Lightningirl: A Love Story. Great fiction, tons of fun. Name your price and a portion goes to charity, but for a limited time only so go grab it now.
October 23: Woody and June versus the Apocalypse 🧟♂️🧟♀️
The end (for now) of the fun romp through post-zombie-apocalypse Arizona. It’s action. It’s adventure. It’s romance.
The first seven episodes came out together as a single volume of Woody and June versus the Apocalypse, available from Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, and others.
I had so much fun writing these (and I hope you’ll have as much fun reading them). If you want to dip your toe in the waters, join the Woody and June Fan Club and get the first two episodes for free and find out how much fun this is!
October 26: Chupacabra: A Conner Bright Mystery Story
This is my latest Campfire Tale and absolutely free to newsletter subscribers. If you are a newsletter subscriber, the link to the story was in the October newsletter. If not, you can sign up and start reading it today.
It’s a story about a Phoenix based private detective that ends up with the weirdest cases. A mysterious murder is blamed on the legendary Cuhupacabra and Conner must solve it before he becomes the next victim.
Ok, see what I mean? That was a busy month!
Happy reading to you all!
