2020 is going to have a couple of stars when it comes to my writing. Walter Anchor is one. He’s a ghost trying to solve his own murder, his stories based in the same graveyard as the A Ghost’s Memoir series.
Hist first case, “Detecting Haley” was part of my first short story collection, Life After, and last year it was released stand-alone. (It’s also free to my newsletter subscribers, so sign up if you haven’t already).
“Detecting Haley” is just the beginning of Walter’s journey. Today, “The Ghost Bride’s Gift” is out and every other month through September there will be another Walter Anchor mystery to read.
In October I’ll be releasing and omnibus edition with all six stories.
Here’s the details on “The Ghost Bride’s Gift” :
Walter Anchor wants to solve his own murder, but with no leads and nothing else to do he solves other murders to pass the time.
When his best ghost-friend Emily finds a dead bride alone in a hotel without a scratch on her, things go from bad to worse for Walter. The bride looks just like his ex-wife. Seeing her forces Walter to come face-to-face with a past he wants to forget.
Can Walter reconcile with his past in time to solve the murder and save the ghost bride from the ghostly hell known as the bardo?
From the author of Shuffled Off: A Ghost’s Memoir comes a mystery unlike anything seen before.

The ebook is available everywhere with the print edition soon to follow.
