My story “Harry the Ghost Pirate” sets sail again, this time in Pulphouse Fiction Magazine, Issue #14!
This is a story about some ghosts that are looking for the Lost Dutchman Mine in the Superstition Mountains near Phoenix, AZ… and they dress and talk like pirates. But more than that, it’s a sweet story about souls trying to find their place in this world. As a bonus, this story happens to be a great introduction to my ghost world!
This story first appeared in X Marks the Spot: An Anthology of Treasure and Theft in the spring of 2020. Looking through my blog, it seems that I didn’t ever blog about it. I wonder why? Hmmmm what was happening in the spring of 2020?!?!
These are strange times, aren’t they? But this is a lovely story and totally worth a read:
- Grab it as part of Pulphouse Fiction Magazine, Issue #14
- Or check out X Marks the Spot: An Anthology of Treasure and Theft
This has been a hell of a week for short stories landing, there’s also “Wild and Wise” in the Explorers anthology and Four other stories in four different anthologies! So that’s six stories in six different places in one week. Wow!
Plenty to read, that’s for sure!
