“The Root Canal Tango” is an interesting story title, isn’t it? How in the world do those two things go together? On the one hand you have something universally dreaded and on the other you have a passionate dance that originated in South America. Well, as it turns out, combining those two things makes this a very Pulphouse story (you don’t find “normal” stories there, which is probably why many of my stories fit right in).
This is a rather short story and was a blast to write. I’m so happy to see it in print in Pulphouse Fiction Magazine, Issue #16 which is out now.
Since the story is so short, I won’t say too much about it besides telling you that the title is absolutely correct. The story features a root canal and a tango going on at the same time. (Hint: It’s a lot more fun than it sounds). Go check it out!
