Wild and Wise (once again)

“Wild and Wise” my second “Hollow Earth Short Story” is ready to go… well, ready to go for the second time.

Back in 2021 it appeared in Explorers: Cutter’s Final Cut, Issue Three. Today it gets a standalone edition (and look at that cover!)

These stories are so much fun. Action and adventure in 1889 in the hollow earth, written in the spirit of Jules Verne (who also appears in these stories).

Here’s the blurb:

A world within our world. A secret tunnel hidden under the Eiffel Tower. A small central sun at the center of our planet warming those lands in the hollow earth. Seas with no horizon because of the concave nature of those lands. Adventures beyond the imagination of the modern man at the dawning of the twentieth century.

In the year 1889, seasoned adventurer, Marco Walker, finds himself alone in the hollow earth with its many dangerous creatures, but when Marco discovers what looks like human footprints near his encampment, everything changes. Has he found a friend or foe in these the wildest of lands?

From Robert J. McCarter, author of Woody and June versus the Apocalypse, comes an imaginative story of adventure and companionship unlike anything before it.
